WISS Technologies (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the WhatsApp CRM API Platform (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (“Agreement”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services, API, web interface, and associated tools. By accessing or using our Platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
We collect information to provide better services to our business clients and end-users. The categories of information we collect include:
- Account Information: Full name, email address, WhatsApp number, company details, billing address, and password (encrypted).
- Usage Data: API calls, message logs (metadata only – not message content retention beyond legal requirements), session activity, device information, IP addresses, and browser type.
- WhatsApp Integration Data: Session IDs, QR codes for authentication, connection status, and message delivery reports.
- Payment & Subscription Data: Billing details, transaction history, plan type, invoice records, and payment gateway references (we do not store full credit card numbers).
- Contact Lists & Broadcast Data: Phone numbers, contact names, and list metadata that you upload or create within your workspace.
All data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We never sell personal data to third parties.
- To provide & maintain the Platform: Authenticate users, manage WhatsApp sessions, deliver messages, process payments, and administer accounts.
- To improve & optimize services: Analyze usage trends, monitor API performance, debug errors, and develop new features.
- To communicate with you: Send service notifications, billing reminders, security alerts, and support responses via email or WhatsApp (in accordance with your preferences).
- To enforce compliance & security: Detect fraudulent activity, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the integrity of our infrastructure.
- For legal obligations: Respond to lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Retention: We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Message logs are retained for 90 days for debugging and reconciliation; after that, they are anonymized or deleted. Subscription and billing records are kept for 7 years for tax compliance.
Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, regular security audits, role-based access controls, and automated backup encryption. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Data Breach Protocol: In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of detection, as required by applicable data protection laws.
Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — servers located outside of your country of residence. We take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. By using our Platform, you consent to the transfer of your data to Pakistan and other jurisdictions where we operate.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, using our API, or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Account Registration & Responsibility
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys, login credentials, and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
- You may not use the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates WhatsApp's Business Policy or applicable laws.
- You must comply with all local and international regulations regarding electronic messaging, data protection, and consumer rights.
- You may not resell access to our API without explicit written permission.
- Automated scripts that overload the infrastructure are prohibited; rate limits apply per subscription.
4. Subscription & Payments
All plans are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
5. API Rate Limits & Fair Usage
Each subscription plan includes defined daily message limits, concurrent session limits, and API call quotas. Excessive usage that impacts platform stability may result in temporary throttling or plan review.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including source code, designs, logos, and documentation, remain the property of WISS Technologies. You retain ownership of any data or content you submit.
7. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time via dashboard; refunds for unused periods are not provided.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. WhatsApp API uptime is subject to Meta's infrastructure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISS Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and load balancing. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics, self-hosted) help us improve performance. You can disable cookies in browser settings, but some features may not function properly. We do not use cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate information.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention).
- Data Portability: Receive a machine-readable copy of your data.
- Object to Processing: Opt-out of certain data uses (e.g., marketing).

Our Platform integrates with:
- WhatsApp (Meta) — for messaging functionality, governed by Meta’s Business Terms.
- Ropay / JazzCash / Easypaisa — for payment processing; we do not store financial credentials.
- SMTP Email Providers — for transactional email (invoices, OTPs).
- Cloud Hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean) — infrastructure providers.
These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
